In case anyone has missed the event, Justin and I have lost our jobs at Bravenet Web Services. Admittedly, this came as a bit of a shock, given that according to Dave Shworan (the owner of Bravenet) the hosting side of the business as doing really well. The department which was suffering because of the US recession was adserving.
Admittedly, this, then, feels like we were let go in order to save someone else's job.
Oh well - I'm not going to get bitter. In the end, it's their business and their decision.
